If you are shipping to the states of AL, GA, FL, MS, TX, AZ, UT, MO, or any other extremely hot, humid state we highly recommend PRIORITY OVERNIGHT shipping. This FedEx shipping method will have your chocolate covered giant fortune cookie arrive at it's destination usually by 10:30 in the morning. Fedex Priority overnight guarantees delivery by 10:30 am to 93% of the zip codes in America. Rural areas and areas far from an airport will have delivery times later in the day. To find out the delivery time in your area, call FedEx at 1-800-463-3339. If you select any other shipping method, we are not responsible if the cookie arrives melted.

Online Order Deadline

All online orders placed Monday-Thursday before 1 pm Eastern Time will be shipped the SAME business day, unless you have specified an exact arrival date. We will ship your giant fortune cookie gift to arrive as close to the specified date as possible. Keep in mind there is no FedEx Saturday delivery, so giant cookies can only be delivered Monday-Friday. Orders place on Fridays will be shipped the next business day (Monday). This is to prevent the chocolate from melting. Weekend orders and orders placed after the above deadline will be shipped the next business day. A “business day” is Monday through Friday.

Fast Delivery Options

Same-day delivery is not available as all packages are shipped out from our bakery in Indiana, USA. The earliest possible delivery date is the next business day if:

• Order is placed Monday through Thursday before 1 pm Eastern
• Overnight shipping option is chosen (and the order is not being placed on a Friday, we do not ship giant fortune cookies on Fridays).
• Giant Fortune Cookie gifts sent to a business address will arrive by the end of the business day. You may NOT specify a time of delivery for your order; this is up to your local carrier.
• Weather conditions may delay the delivery of your order.

Sorry, a separate order must be placed for each shipping address – but our online store will “remember” your name and address and save you time by pre-filling those fields the second time around!

Shipping to PO Boxes

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes due to the nature of our Giant Fortune Cookies.

Shipping to APO and FPO Boxes

Orders sent to military FPO (Fleet Post Office) and APO (Army Post Office) boxes must be shipped using USPS. Unfortunately, due to the distant locations of many military postings, we are unable to ship giant fortune cookies to them during warmer times of year since it can take several days to deliver to these addresses. Please note: due to current world events we cannot guarantee arrival of packages sent to APO, FPO, or other military addresses.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico

Unfortunately we are unable to ship chocolate products to Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

International Shipping

Sorry, we are currently unable to ship to addresses outside the United States & Canada. If you live outside the U.S. but are sending a Giant Fortune Cookies gift to a U.S. address, please call 877-299-HUGE that's 877-299-4843 toll free and we will be happy to take your order. Please Note: If shipping to Canada the shipping rate will be different for international shipments.

Weather Delays and Other Shipping Delays

Unfortunately, we are unable to control the weather. If a package is delayed by FedEx because of weather we are unable to offer a refund or credit. Packages delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address are also unable to be refunded or replaced.

Since each of our giant fortune cookies are hand made and hand folded in our bakery in Indianapolis, IN, the exact height and width will vary from cookie to cookie. You can rest assured that each giant cookie is made fresh, from scratch of only the best all natural ingredients. Real flour, eggs, cane sugar, and vanilla all go in to making these tasty gourmet treats. And the chocolate.... OH the CHOCOLATE!

We use only PURE Belgian chocolates. No waxy chocolate is welcome in our fortune cookie bakery! Waxy chocolate is often cheap vegetable fat substituted for cocoa butter.... there is none of that here. Our chocolate is smooth and creamy and layered thick onto each giant fortune cookie. Then we hand decorate each cookie just for you! Choose from Milk, White, and the healthiest chocolate, Dark chocolate.
